Ms. Thomas represents businesses and individuals in a variety of civil litigation disputes, including employment, contract, and commercial disputes in state and federal trial courts in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, as well as appellate courts in Maryland. Ms. Thomas also has experience representing clients in matters involving violation of employment and anti-discrimination laws, Title IX violations, and violations of the federal False Claims Act. She also regularly defends manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers of automobiles against claims involving lemon law violations, breach of warranty, consumer protection act violations, design defect, failure to warn, and strict liability.

Ms. Thomas grew up in Baltimore City and is an avid golfer. Prior to joining Conti Fenn LLC, Ms. Thomas worked for a national law firm specializing in toxic torts and products liability litigation.
