Mr. Van De Walle represents businesses and individuals in various civil litigation matters primarily involving corporate, employment, and contract issues in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Van De Walle also defends manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers of automobiles against claims asserting lemon law violations, breach of warranty, consumer protection act violations, design defects, failure to warn, and strict liability in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Prior to joining Conti Fenn LLC, Mr. Van De Walle clerked for the Honorable Christopher B. Kehoe, Associate Judge of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Prior to his appellate clerkship, Mr. Van De Walle clerked at the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore City.
